Rolph van der Hoeven is Manager of the Technical Secretariat of World Commission on the Social Dimension of Globalization, established by the International Labor Organization in Geneva. Having previously held positions in the Employment Strategy Department at the ILO and with UNICEF in New York, he is widely published on employment, poverty, inequality, and economic reform issues.
