This is my second year in the PhD program of the University of Utah.

Background   :

·         Bachelor Degree in Law from Private University Antenor Orrego – Peru (1997)

·         Bachelor Degree in Business and Economics from Weber State University (2005)

·         In progress, Master and PhD Degree in Economics from University of Utah.

Research Interest      :

·         International Economics (Free Trade, Cooperation, Regional Development, etc).

·         Market’s Analysis.

·         Structuralism as new perspective in our current world.

·         Microeconomic Analysis applied in developing economies (alternatives of growth – Tourism, Culture values, etc).

Personality     :

·         I was born in Peru, the land of the ancient Inca Empire the largest state in the Pre-Colombian America. Some of the major attractions are Machu-Picchu, Sillustani, Chan-Chan, Amazonas River, and many others.

·         I am married with 4 children, Kacee (14), Alejandra (11), Rafael (9) and Christian (5).

·         My favorite book is “The God’s Twisted Lines” by Torcuato Luca de Tena.

·         My favorite sport is soccer. All my kids play in different soccer teams. I had the opportunity to coach some of their teams in previous years.

·         My favorite food is fried calamari and raw fish with lime (ceviche – Peruvian dish).
