Salt Lake Green Restaurant Speaker Series

The University of Utah Economics Student Advisory Committee will be hosting a three part speaker series featuring the local leaders in environmental food business.  Please join Utah’s most ambitious environmental restaurateurs as they discuss the challenges and successes of the green food business in SLC. 

This three part speaker series will discuss hidden truths about the organic foods market, the current price constraints it faces and the developing downstream benefits which arise from promoting the local and national environmental food industry.  These lectures will take place in the U of U Social and Behavioral Sciences Auditorium #1, located just north east of Rice Eccles Stadium.

:  Omar, Owner of Living Cuisine an all raw organic food bar located in Sugar House.

: Ian Brandt, Owner of Sages Café, and the Vertical Diner.

: James Soares, Environmental Manager at Squatters Pub Brewery
When:  Thursday, April 3rd @ 7:15 pm
