Currently one two-bedroom and one one-bedroom units are for sale and one two-bedroom unit for rent, and one single woman is looking for a female roommate, perhaps a student. If you are interested in buying or renting, things often move very quickly and we recommend that you place yourself on our waiting list. Joining a cohousing community is an important decision, which should be made with all the information available. The members of Wasatch Commons are willing to share with you our experiences so that you know what is involved in cohousing. Our monthly open houses help prospective members (or anyone else interested) to become familiar with Wasatch Commons. Our Procedures require that you are fully informed before you can take the plunge.
